Does Emcare have a refund Policy?

Yes we DO

When an applicant enrolls on an Emcare course and pays the fees, it means a binding contract is created between the student and Emcare. Notification of cancellation/withdrawal from unit/s of competency, withdrawal or deferral must be done via e-mail at least 3 days prior to course commencement.

If you decide to cancel your course after payment, a 10% admin fee is charged. You may defer your course to a future date without any penalty being incurred.
  
Note. If for any reason Emcare is unable to fulfil its service agreement with a student, Emcare will refund the student’s  fees paid for services not delivered.

Is my information kept confidential?

Emcare takes the privacy of participants very seriously and complies with all legislative requirements. These include the Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (Privacy Amendment Act) made many significant changes to the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). The main change is that all businesses that collect or handle personal information will be required to comply with a new set of Principles, the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as of 12 March 2014.

 Im in a hurry, when do I get my Certificate?

A full Colour electronic certificate is sent to your nominated e-mail address within 3 days from course completion. Your original certificate is mailed to your address along with a wallet sized card within 7 days of course completion. If you require your certificate on the same day your trainer can issue you with a "course succesfully competed" letter, with company and Trainer details.
